Hawks Ridge welcomes Anthem United
Hawks Ridge would like to introduce Anthem United as the developer of our community’s final phase. Anthem United acquired Hawks Ridge from the Walton Group of Companies in December 2019 and has taken over all development matters such as planning and zoning, obtaining city approvals, entitlements and managing the actual construction process.
What does this mean for residents of Hawks Ridge?
Current residents should see no change in their services or day-to-day activities, other than some different branding around the community and in local marketing.
Continuing growth in Big Lake
While Anthem United is new to Hawks Ridge, they’ve been our trusted neighbour for years. They are the developer behind other Big Lake communities, Trumpeter and Kinglet, and their expertise in land development runs deep. The company’s roots in Alberta go back to the 1930s, and it began developing residential land in Alberta in the 1980s (under the name United Management). Anthem United has continued to develop innovative communities throughout the province’s key markets.
At Hawks Ridge, Anthem United will develop the remaining 33 acres of the community, bringing us 200 new homes. They anticipate completing build-out in 2024.
