The Alberta Government, through its 2025 budget, has designated design funding for several new Kindergarten-to-Grade 6 schools in rapidly growing areas of Edmonton, including Hawks Ridge by Big Lake. What “Design Funding” Means
This level of funding brings a project to the point where it’s ready for construction. It includes design and preparing construction tender documents. Further funding will be needed to finalize designs and build these schools.
